Definitely would be a big help, but if you have "knowledge, skill,& time" basic hand tools will see you through.

    You can't ignore that

    (A) the guy has identified himself as being in Germany

(B). He has admitted to importing a demilled Uzi bolt into Germany because he couldn't obtain a live Uzi bolt in Germany

(C). He has been told by an UT member the correct laws in Germany regarding a live Uzi bolt, and that he cannot possess a live Uzi bolt in Germany

    (D) despite all of the above he persists with asking how to make something he possess which is legal, into something that is illegal to possess in Germany

The reasons why these laws are in Germany, rightly or wrongly, were due to a terrorist attack that was successful solely due to deactivated weapons being reactivated

My point is "if" the same were to happen here, UT is giving the guy advice and knowledge how to convert something that could also be used in a terrorist attack

At the very least this guy is playing with fire

Looks like the OP has lost interest in this thread and the hysteria seems to be getting extreme so itís locked.
Looking for the definitive reference book on UZI history and technical information? Check out my book The UZI Submachine Gun Examined. Details to order a copy are here.
