Cool Patiently waiting to be a new MAC (and MG) owner...

I'm almost at 7 months pending for this fellow. It's an RPB M11 that I think was manufactured around 1980. I haven't found a solid reference for production years.

It had some fun goodies in the listing:

I'm pretty excited to take it home (hopefully) soon. I've been collecting some Suomi drums and Shockwave mags and am currently waiting on the Lage uppers to be back in stock. We'll see if I get an upper or the gun first!

    Congratulations!
Just got my M10 a few weeks ago. It only took 6 months and a few days but it seemed like a hell of a lot longer.
I had my 10/31, mags and drums ready to go.

There's great people here that are generous with knowledge.

    Hell yeah man!

I'm impatiently waiting for my permission slip for my M10 too. I'm about 4 days in and I've already got a Mac10/31 and shockwave mags ordered!

Any tips on Suomi drums? Their prices have gone stupid and between the Lage and the Suomi kit I have I'll be needing a few.

    Congrats.

I have a small magwell RPB overstamp M11. Nice small package. Definitely needs a Lage upper.
My name is actually Scott and I really do live in Texas.

I know, not very creative but it is factual.

I've just kept an eye on gunbroker, mostly.

This seems typical of Suomi drum prices these days. It sucks that they aren't $20 anymore, but at least they are still around. For now.

Congratulations on the purchase of my favorite version of the M11. The small grip buzz gun if super fun. It's a true pistol SMG.

The Lage goodies are wonderful for controllable 9mm. The CFW-A bolt is wonderful for controllable 380.

I think I paid less than $20 for the one I have. Should have stocked up on them when I was looking at Suomi parts! Im glas I didnt look at coffin mag prices first!

I'm in the same boat, but you're ahead of me. My tax stamp was cashed on 4/18. Mine is an RPB M10, but don't have a clue on production year. It came with a brand new Gemtech Viper9 silencer and the Lage Max 10/31 upper. I've already spent over $600 on coffin and drum mags for the upper, and another $200+ on a folding stock, fore grip, and hand grip from Lage.

The original owner said something about carrying it on occasion as a Marine pilot instead of the standard pistol/revolver. Buying the gun and not the story aside, I did get a good deal on it in 2019 MG market bucks. Anyone heard of someone carrying personal weapons in the military, aside from usual suspects like Patton?

I know ex mil guys that took their own optics, grips, etc to the field when deployed. I'd imagine some would have snuck in personal guns. A buddy of mine has the 1911 he carried in the service and when he was security for a general. I believe that one has had the guts replaced 2-3 times due to extreme round count.

Just ordered a Lage .380 upper and a speed bolt. That's gonna be sweet! Still waiting for the Suomi uppers to come back in stock.

A speed bolt on a .380 gun? Blinks.. Gun is out of ammo LoL. Arenít they like 1,800 rpm stock?

Nvm.. I missed the Lage upper part.. I should learn to read more carefully.
