1/2x28 double sided nielson device?

As the title states. Anybody know of a 1/2x28 (9mm) to screw onto a pistol, with a 1/2x28 male output to screw onto a suppressor. Basically a muzzle extension/decoupler.

Found what i was looking for. Guess its a called a external booster.

Hmm never seen anything like it adding a pound to the end of a pistol to use a rifle can?

Well, was thinking more of using it on a pistol suppressor. It does look heavy. Further looking on silencertalk seems that the atf deems these as suppressor parts... not sure how this one company can still make them then.
With weight, it would basically be similar to the blast chamber. In my thinking.

You need this to run your can on your pistol?
Doesnt your can have the booster already

Making a can. Pistol form was approved yesterday, so getting my stuff together. I just hate furthering the propreitariness (if thats a word) of all of the piston mounts.
