Lol they cost more than a real suppressor

In my opinion, the jk solvent traps are a viable option. For a solvent trap they are pricey. Dont know how well they suppress. Bad enough getting real data on a premade suppressor. Even harder to get it on a solvent trap. Silencer shop does sell these. Might call them and ask them about dbs. Where I think this solvent trap shines, is that you w-t for a form 1 as opposed to a form 4. So shorter wait time. Its price is right up there with the cheaper "real" suppressors. As far as solvent traps go. Its a very pricey trap. Cheaper can be had. All comes down to what you expect from a suppressor.
As far as "real" and "fake" suppressors. The only real ones are the ones that diminish the report of a firearm. The fake ones are barrel shrouds that are worthless (still dont understand what their point is).
Thread pitch is 1/2" x28 threads per inch. Same as many ARs. Nice if you want to run a 9mm can on a .223
