5.45 Galil build

I want to have built a Galil ARM kit in 5.45 using AK-74 magazines.

I talked to a couple of well-respected builders (respected by myself, as well—not trying to slight them at all) and was basically told it wasn’t worth the trouble.

But I know people have done it, including home builders. Who should I turn to for this project?

I'm sure anyone here would recommend Jeff Miller for this project.

Option B would be to use an AK74 receiver stamping with my trunnion design, but that would be quite a bit more expensive.
