Cobray Order no response

Sorry if this is not the right place to post this, I'm new here.

Anyways, i ordered some Mac 10 parts off of Cobray.com, it's been about a week and a half now, and I haven't heard a single response. I called them and no answer, emailed them and no answer. The order still says processing. Is the website shutdown or does it just take time?

They have always been slow processing, but I have always gotten whatever I ordered. Sometimes it took 3 weeks or so.

And they aren't real quick to answer their phone or emails.

Yeah hahaha a week and a half- right! Their motto should be “Cobray- forget about it!” No really- forget about it, it will show up in 3 to 5 weeks plus the current postal monkey business.

Not a huge surprize...DMV don't even answer the phone but are open but you can't go IN.

Update (01/15/21): So they took my money, then refunded it, then took it again. Still no damn response. Is this standard? Or did i just get scammed? (Also, i placed the order in mid-December)

I ordered 5 different parts and was shorted one part. I sent 3 e-mails and called 3 times. still no answer. This was in October. I got my credit card to refund my money. Then they send me an e-mail to rate the service. It would not let me give them a negative score. I don't know what to tell you.

I haven't dealt with Cobray , but a metric shit ton of companies are running way late!

call the credit card co and dispute the charge and move on.. there are better vendors out there for parts and accessories

A couple years ago I waited 3-4 months and I got half my order and a personal check for the difference (parts out of stock).
