BWE has back plates.
US barrel shrouds has hinge pins although from the photo it has a hinge pin with it.

Got a link to the hinged backplate?
The only ones I saw on the BWE site were non-hinged full size back plates.

I looked and only saw the FS back plate as well. I saw them somewhere! Ill look around to see if I can find it.

Guns/stocks don't ship until 1/22/21 per Arms Unlimiteds site. I ordered two stocks, curious to see the condition.

I suspect ArmsUnlimited will have trouble selling those guns for $3K with no available stocks.

Those are something I'd love to have; I've always loved the Uzi pistols, add a stock and they are even better, but I can't do $3k

Ignorant question, but why are these so rare.

The Micro Uzis are not so rare, but these are likely the only pistols that have been imported with the factory back plate to accept a stock. Ultimately, they've got to be rare because there's really no practical reason for a police department to buy a semiauto Micro Uzi pistol. Compare the ergonomics and accuracy of a Micro Uzi pistol to virtually any other pistol and you'll quickly conclude that you'd be at a heck of a disadvantage having one as your carry pistol.

I would feel more comfortable with a Glock 18 and 33 round mag than a micro uzi with a stock if I were given the choice. That's not to say I wouldn't love to have
one of these but if I had 3k it would go toward something newer on the market like a sig rattler.
