So I purchased a MAC 10 in .45 ACP, in preparation of getting a Lage upper in 9mm I also grabbed a 45 to 9mm mag adapter from Lage. Issue is I am not sure what magazines I need to look for to work in this adapter. Single feed or double feed? Sten or M11 etc. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
I would assume, though others should confirm, that you would want to use the Shockwave mags.
Source your Bolt first.
Shockwaves if you can find a single feed bolt......USMG may have the bolts..I forget.
Most bolts that seem to pop up are double feed.

You need DF mags. The z don’t work
You might be able to modify the mag catch but you’d need a Sf bolt

And that’s a “standard” bolt that won’t work in a lage upper
Lage may mill a DF into a SF for you. Dunno.
You’re still left w sf mags that won’t lock up in the magwell if unmodified
