First I am praying for a speedy recovery for you and hope your family is well.
When you have time I was wondering if you could give me your impressions on your Full Size UZI Picatinny Rail Top Cover and the Full Size UZI Top Cover With Burris FastFire or RMR Mount for a SMG.
Pros and cons of optic height difference, cowitness, etc...
Do you have a personal preference?
Anything you think I should know to make a good choice.

I got one of the RMR mounts and large opening rear sight, it turned it into a totally different perfect co-witness perfection.

The FastFire and RMR mounts sit much lower and co-witness with the factory sights. A rail will not co-witness. I like the FastFire because they are cheaper than the RMR and just as good.

On one of the BWE site reviews "Old eyes need a big peep." Does this apply only for use with your RMR or do you like this modification even without the optic?
It helps with both the RMR or the FastFire.

The window size on RMR or any type dot of this similar design is not big. If you don't get the big peep you can't see the full size window of the optic, why would you want your tiny RMR optic window collimated down?

Thanks, I can certainly understand why that would work well for any co witnessed optic.
I was curious about if it had any value "without" an optic?
Some firearms have battle sights with larger rear opening, then a precision flip option vice the UZI 100 and 200 meter options.
More of a passing thought than something specific.

Hi All,
FWIW, I've a friend that shoots the "Ghost Ring" in plate shooting matches. It works for his eyes. I've tried it. Easy to shoot quickly or in lower light situations. BWE moves the 200 yard hole to align with the 100 yard hole (IIRC) so there is no point of impact change when you change the aperture size.
