I don't own any keep shooting mags or a Lage upper. It looked like he was ejecting live rounds to clear. So first I would check to see if the mag lips are rubbing the bolt.

That is definitely something to check. Those same mags run brass case fine though.

Somebody just pointed this out, 1/2 of my retaining pin falls out in the end of the video. I didn't even realize it! Anyone had this happen before? It's the OEM 2 piece pin.

Yes. That's why I use the KNS M11 receiver pin. It's not perfect... but it's a one handed, tool less take down pin.
