A Question Re: Burgess SW76 Guns

I have a question without trying to sound stupid (more than usual) or insulting or implying anything...

Having heard that original Stemple 76/45s may have had bolts that were not properly heat treated / hardened, can someone tell me if the Jim Burgess SW76 guns had the bolts properly heat treated and hardened, or are there problems with them that I have yet to encounter?

Thanks in advance for sharing knowledge.

Burgess doesn't use Stemple bolts. His were sourced from Special Weapons Company who produced a semi-auto version of the 76

I have a Burgess 76 that I acquired recently, so far the thing runs like an absolute sewing machine, bolt seems to be very well made considering it had to be sized up to fit the tube…. And the relocated extractor is a huge bonus because I have broken those on an MK760 before. Love my Burgess gun
