UZI Barrel Markings ID

Does anybody recognize the markings on this barrel and where this one may have been manufactured?

First of all, what caliber?
Purely a guess on my part; The number may ID the Uzi it goes with. Or; Some countries put the serial number in places other than on the receiver. I've seen Walthers with the serial number on the slide, not the frame.
As for "AB"? Possibly the plant or factory where it was produced. Doubt it's so exotic as to stand for Автоматически (automatic).

The barrel is chambered in .45 acp

In EU the frame, slide (bolt) & barrel all get serial numbers (as opposed to the US where the frame is the only regulated part).

No this one does not, I actually just found out that this is a Pike Arms UZI Barrel, the part number for their 10.2" .45 ACP barrel is 07192. Mystery solved I guess.
