SMG Trunnion, SMG feed ramp, grip lug opening reduction to 8mm via sleeve, and enlargement of receiver sear openings to accommodate a SMG sear.

Although I wouldn't go back to the stamped sheet metal SMG ramp as they don't feed as well as the 'semi' ramp
Do like the one on the right. Where the barrel restrictor ring was machined off but ramp retained.
Assuming your bolt blocking bar has already been removed and the manuf. did not slot the bolt, you can do everything else. You can even have the markings re-done as you want with exception of the receiver serial number.
Class 3 shooters blow thier loads faster and with only 1 pull of the trigger
