Buy the Garsan. It's cheaper and seems to have better reviews and you do not fund an anti 2A company.

I don't have one myself but I ordered one for a friend. He loves it. Accurate and the trigger pull is acceptable. We're in a ban state (MA). Preban hi cap mags are legal so I got him several Hi Power's. He's very happy with his. Functions 100%.

The reviews lead me to believe the trigger pull is fine but you know how that goes have to mess with everything. The Turkish made clone reviews look good as well can't have too many Hi Power type firearms. The one I dont have any longer is an Englis with original stock. The finish was very nice. It was given to a friend that hounded me for a year or so wanting it really bad and I just gave it to him. If he ever decides he dont want it I get it back. If he sells it well then you know what happens.

I donít have one, but Iíve put a good 75 or so rounds through one. Shot great with not malfunctions. I really like the no nonsense fit and finish on it. Trigger pull is better than an original due to the mag safety being deleted. My only complaint is really just a derivative of my hold technique. If you are used to riding the safety with your thumb like on a 1911 - it does not work on this gun at least for me. That safety hit right on a bone or nerve or something with its sharp edges.

All in all a fantastic version of a legendary firearm at a more than fair price.

I bought an FEG Highpower clone 30 years ago and sent it off to the Cylinder and Slide shop. They were the Highpower experts back then (and I think still are) They recommended the FEGs. Said they were 100% parts compatible higher quality and half the price. They hard chromed the frame, blued the slide, did a 3LB trigger job and put a biteless hammer and extended safety on it for me. Barsto barrel too. Also took out the magazine safety. I love that gun and and carried it for 16 years until I adopted the Glock 19. Still a great shooter with it. It's in my safe. That design was way ahead of its time and still carried by a lot of military in other countries. Very reliable. I would.t have any problem carrying it although I have transitioned to Micro 9s so I would have to adapt to the larger gun in my pants, lol.

I really like Hi-Powers. The SA-35 is a nice copy. Fit and finish are fine and it shoots well. I think there were some issues with the earlier ones but mine has been flawless.
