What's the poop on having a semi mark 3 sten built

I bought a mark 2 kit several years ago and then went with a sterling via Andrewski on a DLO tube. Now I have a grease soaked kit sitting int foot locker that's feeling lonely.

What should I do with the kit? Sell it or can Wiselite make me a semi sporter out of it that I can register as a short barrel? If so, how much for the build out?
