Hello Everyone, I'm new to this forum. I've always wanted a Galil before the Brady bill was implemented back in the 90's when they were affordable. Now 11yrs in the Army, I finally have my micro Galil. I bought the lower, and barrel extension from ORF, before they closed down. I saved up enough cash to purchase the internal parts and sent it off to Keith who used to by CAI's gunsmith. He was happy to put the weapon together and parkarized and send it back in 2 months for $340.00. So shortly after receiving my rifle, I went ahead and modified the rifle myself by adding a rail system. I've added a vertical grip, along with a tac-lite and reflex site.
