Actually I did mention this issue to Richard. I did the Beta testing on the prototype -31 mk2. I got the impression he was going to redesign the rail for the production model. Guess not....again the simple fix is to file out material for a particular mount position. I know Richard pretty well...I would not get too caught up with the warranty. Unless you do something totally stupid I am sure he will cover whatever could go wrong with the upper. Later
