my century kit looks like new after blasting, park and gunkote. Went together great, shoots great, best 279.00 I ever spent on anything gun related.

No, Sarco has them for around 10 bucks and the cocking handles for 5.00 or so. You will most likely need these for the century kits if you are building one.

We are talking about the ORF receivers. They are known for being just a little tight for the orlites but no big deal to shave off just a hair.

Just a little filing on the orlite mag is all that is needed. I see some guys are modifying the receiver but I would rather file about a hair off the mag. Took about 30 seconds and it works perfect. Mike85200 was already bumpfiring them at the range yesterday.

They came out great and work great too. Gunkote over park finish and I bought a US made flash hider from Mark, AKA gunplumber at the SAR show that looks great on the 16" barrel. I was happy with the accuracy of these puppies.

Call ORF and ask for one they will give you one for free. I was a doubter, now a believer. My Galils are working great!

OK good news. The bullet guides that ORF ships (if you call and ask) work. It took little and I mean a little bit of polishing but they work fine.It seemed like it wouldnt work when I was pushing the bolt forward by hand but under the spring force it stips the bullet out of the mag everytime...

Thanks for the link. The IMI galil guides are very different from what ORF is sending if you ask for one. The guide I have looks like the one in the pics from the link you posted. Now will any of those work? I have two builds going with an experienced galil builder that says they wont. The pics...

That is the problem I'm having now. I finaly got the bullet guide and it is a 762 which doesnt lift the front of the bullet enough causing it to slam into the side of the barrel at 6 o'clock instead of the going into the chamber. What can I do to make this guide that you guys sent me work...

Can you tell me how you did the relief and where on the guide? Sorry seems like a dumb question but need a bit of help.
