Really wish the top rail extended to the backplate like the other uppers. Really makes it Look more cohesive with the ACR stocks and others.

I found some unmodified mags, going to buy a couple. May switch the mag catch out To try as well.

So why would the mags work with the original upper but not the Lage?

Mags say SPW on the front and someone had ground on the back where the mag catches.

Yes, now if I hold up on the Lage dual mag catch or thumb release they tighten up.

It’s not really hitting the bottom of the barrel though?

1:Factory Blazer Brass 230 gr FMJ ammo 2: mags that came with the gun which appear to be modified GG mags. I can move the mag up and down about 1/4” or so 3: using the Lage thumb release grip with their dual mag catch.

How do you post a pic? I am noticing that the factory barrel has a cut out for the extractor and also More material removed to allow the round to transition into the barrel smoother. The Lage barrel has neither of these.

Deerhurst, I certainly do not care which is why I am saying release it! It’s an accessory let the ATF figure it out on there own. 50 BMG uppers where out for ever and same thing took them awhile to make it the firearm.

Doesn’t matter to me as once I could use AR uppers and Pmags the Mac uppers would be worthless to me.

Mine has failure to fire issues but feeds and ejects wonderful, I have done a ton of mods including making it a side charger. I really feel it needs a more pronounced firing pin for reliable ignition.
