i jus bought a DOE looking upper the other day i wasn’t able to get the complete firearm so i’m trying to make it run with a spikes 9mm lower, currently so far i’ve been re-positioning the ejector a little at a time

god i hate promag, but with oem going for $150 … it might be worth plinking with them.

They’re easier to load since 9mm in the US tends to be in qty of 50. the buy 5 deal at Apex make them $10

nope, the colts have that spine in back i remember early mags did not lock the AR Bolt Open (maybe those are closer to the uzi pattern?)

I got some much needed parts from you earlier this year, Richard. Keep the faith, sir. Back to the topic. The market will always fluctuate. Might be a dry spell from time to time… but if you keep on the look out, you should find what you need.

In the packaging with new Model B’s was a black enamel 25rnd magazine (matching the Uzi finish). 25rnd 9mm mags by IMI came with and without markings. They came in two finishes. Either painted OR park’d (not park’d and then painted over).

Has anyone tried hardening them? Or is the sheet metal so thin that they’d just crack?

I'm not sure where the U.S.A. branded magazines are made. They’re from the 1990s, iirc. Think of them as a step below Pro-mag (if that's possible).
