Standard cap Mag ban for MASS started with the Fed AWB in 1994 and never sunset. Post 1994 is 10 or less. Mass has no prohibition against transfer of pre ban mags. One unsigned "opinion" that made the rounds was that they had to be in MASS before the ban. Nothing has ever come of that, though.

Uplula will also work with the tabbed Suomi mags for the MAX31 if you grind out a small part in the rear of the lula. I did mine by hand with a file.
