why is it that sometimes buffers sit at big angles? Some buffers I have seen look like the holes are not drilled in the proper spot for the guide rod or ejector so they sit crooked once installed. Are the buffers for 380 and 9 different?

I ditched the powder check system also. Too many false alarms and powder spillage. I also have the 650. For 9mm I will deprime first and then run through a second time depriming a second time and completing the reload on the second time around. Eveything runs much smoother and less spillage.

I agree with all of the above except the too much lube part. The best lube is lots of lube.

My suggestion for doing the SBR route stays the same but maybe you don't want the Huxworx 556 can now. I can't imagine there would be many, if any, people who own an uzi that would would recommend doing the way you are thinking about. I don't see any positives to it.
