Introducing the m/45SA Swedish K SBR

Yes, I agree. A new thread is appropriate. Thanks, David

Anyone have an AR15 Manual older than February 1960?

I want to ask if anyone here has an AR15 manual from earlier than February 1960. I have some very early AR15 paper, and a Colt publication from 2/60 in my collection is the earliest item I've ever seen. I looked through The Black Rifle, and The Black Rifle II, and did not see anything earlier...

Just traded for some pretty cool parts!

We in the Thompson community miss Merle greatly. I was fortunate to have met him about a dozen years ago. Another well known Thompson community member has carried on his legacy in some regards, though he's not doing these type of conversions. David Albert dalbert@sturmgewehr.com

Orbea Hermanos 1920's Vintage Revolvers and Firearms Import Regulation

OK, I realize this will be a niche upon niche firearm post, but that's kinda what I'm into, and I rarely post here. I'm over 6000 words into writing a chapter for a book about Chinese Nationalist procurement of firearms from the U.S. between 1921-23. In 2009, I acquired over 100 documents from...

    Lifetime membership?

My apologies for the delay. I have been very out of pocket the last 2 weeks with extracurricular activities, and am catching up today with online administration. I have updated Jtm35a2's account to Uzitalk Life Member Status. For anyone else interested in life member status, please contact me...

    Lifetime membership?

I received your PM, and I certainly appreciate the effort to make a donation. I have not been able to get the PayPal link to point to my account, so it currently still points to the former site owner. If you will send me the details of what you sent to the link, I will update your membership...

    M10 still in use…

I concur on it probably being a Zytel mag, which are still my favorite ones to shoot. Just don't overload them, or they will split along the seam mentioned in your post. David Albert dalbert@sturmgewehr.com

Would Having A Tungsten Weighted M10 Bolt Have Made A Difference To MAC?

I agree with gall#1 that the answer to the subject of this thread is no. David Albert dalbert@sturmgewehr.com

Gauging Interest in Tungsten Slow Fire Bolts

har1340 said: Wonder if the guys from Powder Springs had a bolt like this if they would have sold more M-11's back in the day? This is a conjectural argument that no one can win, but in my opinion, if these bolts were available back in the day, the effect on sales would have proved negligible...

New Book - "The Many Firearm Designs of Eugene Reising"

If anyone is interested in buying my book, "The Many Firearm Designs of Eugene Reising," I have copies available for $45 shipped. I will inscribe them to you, and ship them via USPS Media Mail for that price. Amazon has kept the book at over $50 since January, and I don't know if it will ever...

    Another "soaring prices" thread

I disagree. People buy from Ruben for peace of mind, and first class service. Peace of mind is worth a lot in an NFA transaction. In some instances, it can be worth the full price of paying for an NFA item from an unknown entity. David Albert dalbert@sturmgewehr.com

    SIONICS Can Value

    SIONICS Can Value

To each their own. I'd rather have the original suppressor than 3 better suppressors. David

    SIONICS Can Value

No doubt newer cans are better. However, vintage cans have developed a collector following. David

    SIONICS Can Value

Some of the old MAC suppressors have become collectors items. I know a major dealer who had a couple hundred suppressors that they sold two years ago, and it was surprising what some of the MAC related suppressors fetched. The Buy It Now price for this one sounds high, but maybe not...
