norinco did make a AK marked "AK 47S" i have several fixed and folding. they are very early import items with lots of troubles back then with atf as most early imports were. norinco probably does not show in a catalog etc. but i don't think they showed the type 81's that are here in the US...

lol i think the izzy's are more scared of not shooting than shooting, so they make harder not to be ready to shoot i guess. some guy or gal in a panic trying to pull the trigger and nothing happens.
