Just got my ATF tax stamp back, took 11 months to get the SBR form approved.

I've used semi gloss black paint from Walmart and it matches. Never had a problem with gun oils or cleaners either.

As 140 plus of you have bought my Uzi top covers I had been making, I had to stop due to building our new home. Still building with all the delays BUT I did find one in our move. It is for a semi auto full size Uzi. It is pictured and listed on GunBroker.

Last SBR I did in early 2012 was 9 months waiting. Doing another now, I've heard 4 months. Anyone done one recently?

I bought the double and cut one side off. Never had a problem with the cover. Been 6 years ago.

YES. I cut my own barrel down. Have a wood stock on it and a red dot sight. At 100 yards, it is very accurate. I do have the 16 inch barrel and vented sleeve so it doesn't look so stupid.

I've had some requests for more Uzi scope mounts that I have made in the past. Not making them now due to building a home. I did find one stashed away and listed it on Gun Broker under "Uzi scope mount". Thanks for your requests, just to busy at the farm.

I ended up making a side mount for myself that works really good. I did an extra one for sale on Gunbroker now if any interest in one.

Yes, ATF specifically told me also that barrel is fine on my Uzi.
