I'm in the process of building a mini uzi and need some expert help from the fellas on here. Can I use a full size extractor and retaining pin on a mini bolt? Will a full size ejector work as well? Does anyone have a good drawing of dimensions/specs for the receiver?

I'm interested in semi 10.2" 45 barrel as well as semi mini uzi bolt. If Vector still has any.

I went ahead and bought another kit as well. The new one is from Numrich. It's about $20 more than it was when I bought from RTG, but the condition of the Numrich kits is described as VG-Excellent.

I went and picked it up around lunch time today. I've got someone who isn't going to ask stupid questions and make me feel like I'm a border line criminal lined up to do the work.

It sure seems that way. I went ahead and took the dummy barrel out. Now it's sitting there barrel-less to alleviate any concerns. One of the employees asked if I had an ATF approval letter for the "device". Lol

I took my Uzi build to a gun store/gunsmith local to me in GA for a Cerakote quote. I had the dummy barrel installed and was told that I was knowingly commiting a felony. I told them it's just a display barrel, solid metal on the inside, there is no actual rifling or hole for a bullet to go...
