I am in the process of replacing my 45acp extractor. Just that even after I reinstallled the extractor, I find a large adjustable gap between the extractor and the Bolt face. I know that without the correct gap, I'm going to get jams. Just need someone or a couple of guys to put a feeler...

    Rifle Range Question................

I've been taking my Model A SA Uzi to the rifle range, every couple months. While at the Rifle Range I've been shooting targets at 50 and 100 yards. However, I like shooting the metal target set up by the range at 200 yards, since I can hit it practically at will. Now the last time I was...

    bad brass

Does somebody with a dedicated 45 acp Uzi, have this denting problem? I'm thinking that the 45 Uzi has compensated for this. Since I have a 45 acp modification kit, I'm thinking that the actual 45 Uzi has this corrected. Just wondering if the correction was made, was it made with a longer...

45 ejector in the wrong place Gents, after studying how the firing and ejection mechanism functions and viewing slo motions of the 45 ejections. My conclusion is that the ejector is in the wrong location. For the 9mm the ejector location is fine but for the 45 acp it's in the wrong position...

I have a question! about replacing installed bullets...

I was just going over some reloads, 30-06 that I did in 1984, and I found that I used RL 22 on 165 grain bullets. After going thru my (2) reloading manuals, I see that I made a mistake and should have used RL19 instead. Now, I'm thinking about pulling the bullets and replacing them with 180...

    alignment prob with IMI receiver?

Different Ammo!!! Your UZI was sighted for the 9mm round! The 22 has a different trajectory than the 9mm, therefore they will hit in different places!!! IMI would have to have a different "TANG" (peep site) for each caliber!!!

5th Anniversary UZI Talk Shirt are available!

UZITALK.COM Since I'm not a person who likes to let everybody know that I have an UZI. I would like to have a Tee made with the words "UZITALK.COM" over the shirt pocket in small letters!! To me, this would be more a subdued way of showing off!!! I'm sure some forum guys would rather have...

350 yards, huh! That's interesting!! I'll see if I can find ballistics on a 9mm at 350 yards... If ballistics checked out, I'd get a scope for my UZI and take a go at 350 yards!! Even 300 yards would be great! Found this on the Forum.................... Even at 1800 fps with a 115 grain...
