3 torch cuts displacing 1/4" ea demills the firearm and renders it legally to be parts.

It's not properly demilled, therefore it is a firearm (not just parts kit as he claims), and must go through an FFL or FTF within the state. Worse yet is that because it is in that configuration and not properly demilled, it is officially an unregistered SBR. Trouble.

You do know the 50 rd drum loads differently than other mags, don't you? If you just stuff the rounds in like other mags, you'll only get a few in.
