I have both, I really like the 10/31. Only reason I purchased the 31k was I like to get whatever is made available for the Mac 10. I like both but prefer the longer 31 it's more Thompson like with a drum. You can't go wrong with anything lage makes.

How much do you think a bolt and chamber sleeve or .22 barrel for the 10/15 would sell for. It's just an accessory to a great but very expensive upper. If reasonable on price, I would think you would sell one for every upper sold.

Maybe if someone hint hint would make a bolt and chamber sleeve for the 10/15 . Just dreaming

My upper does the same with any of my mags all metal. If you push the mag all the way in the bolt will hang. Just make sure you pull the mag down before handing it to someone to shoot.

already got 1 but can't afford another. Be nice if you could get just upper and bolt & carrier.

Not that interested for me. I had a fa 1919 fun gun to shoot but a pain loading belts & hauling everything. MG shoots with plenty of targets was fun but just going to shoot for a couple of hours not so much. It would be a positive for the Mac family but I wouldn't go over 3k.

Sounds like they way mine operates. Pull charging handle back will not lock back on sear. I need to pull back with more force to get sear to catch. It has run perfect in semi or full for over 100 rounds. Last time at the range I put a 308 suppressor on and it started to do a 2 or 3 round...

Yes #113 I shoot my FA at my daughter's house. I have steel targets set up, and 10 minutes from my house. There at the fair all week animal stuff LOL. I could but don't like to shoot unless there home.

I use metal tape like emi or heat shielding used on cars. Works great can be layered and has not come loose even after cleaning. I put it on upper front and back for a solid fit.

Can the IRM version work with a 7.62×39 bolt and barrel. Would gass setting be sufficient or would spring and buffer need replaced. I'm almost positive I'll go with the IRM.

Yes the short version with drums would be less comfortable. That's why I will use the old one for drums. You can add an attachment to help. I like using stick mags over drums and use a suppressor.
