IMI marked the guns for Magnum Research and Action Arms There's a solid chance that the receivers weren't actually refinished but IMI but rather the markings were changed before the firearm receiver was finished.

Yeah I wish it was factory, particularly a 45acp threaded, but it is a 45acp Pro. The modification to the Pro Mags was easy and they seem to work well and aren't obviously marked Pro Mag. Sadly the barrel is too thin to thread in my machinist's opinion.

It can be done but there would have to be a lot of weld and redrilling of holes. When a receiver is almost $100 you'd easily spend a couple hundred dollars or more to reweld the receiver for no reason at all.

The Kriss Vector sucks in real life. They constantly break hard to replace parts in full auto. As far as the MPX the current MPXks have TERRIBLE trigger slap in full auto.

Yes it will run self-defense rounds reliably. I've had 0 issues with any ammo super or subsonic (suppressed).
