    22 conversion options for m11a1

Get on Sam's waiting list for the m11a1 22lr upper if you haven't already done it. He is currently working on it. Read this if you haven't already seen it.

    Max 11-15 Conversion to 7.62x39

If you get a 7.62x39 barrel the same length and profile as the barrel on the max11-15 and stripped the upper to reuse the existing parts all you would need would be a 7.62x39 barrel and bolt. I'd highly recommend a "enhanced" firing pin for it as well. I thought Richard was going to make some of...

    Mac 11/9 Upper Options?

There are prototypes for all the mac frame sizes in 22lr that have positive determination letters and a waiting list with Practical Solutions. There is a 308 Nato prototype for the m10 with positive determination letter and a waiting list with practical Solutions. If you search this forum you...

    SABRE 556 BOLT REMOVAL

Good deal, BTW those 2 top pins hold the gas piston loosely to the charging handle. To remove the charging handle you must push out those 2 top pins and slide the gas piston out. Underneath the gas piston is a single tiny cap screw which holds the charging handle to the bolt.

    SABRE 556 BOLT REMOVAL

I don't think you need to remove the top two pins or the gas piston/ charging handle. Start by removing the pin that holds the sear catch in and remove the sear catch. Then remove the cotter pin that holds the firing pin in place and remove the firing pin. Rotate the cam pin 45 degrees and see...

    M11/22

I had hoped to do a video of it running so I could post a thread about it by now but I'm to wimpy to shoot a full auto 12ga one handed 😞. 5 years ago I ruptured the tfcc in my right hand. I had surgery on it but it was deemed un repairable and all they could do was clean out some of the debris...

    m10/308Nato

    M11/22

Scott I based the m10/308Nato on the DPMS lr308 (Gen 1) design since it has the most vendors making parts/accessores and mags. As for a quick change barrel/mag on the m10/308Nato, sure it could be done but I don't think its needed. The credmoore and 8.6 Blackout both use unmodified 308 mags and...

I ended up using a jts ar12 for a parts donor. It was close enough to a ar10/lr308 design and it was cheap. PSA has a sale on them for $199 so I picked up 2 of them. I used Saiga ak style mags though since they ar the most popular and available mags.

    M11/22

There are many so called ar10 style shot guns but if you look at their designs not many are anything like an ar10 or lr308 design making their use as a parts donor far less than ideal for a m10 conversion . Out of the ones that are designed like a ar10/lr308 most are expensive. I've spent 2...

Correct Scott. The 7.62x51 for the m10 is a different animal and has already passed atf inspection. What is shown above is for the m11/9 frame and as you said 5.56x45 using AR mags and 7.62x39 using AK mags. The receiver uses ar15 take down pins so the mag/barrel assembly swaps out like a ar15...

Russell usually has a lot more parts than what he has on the website. Most of the time he is hard to get hold of but I'd call or email him and ask. (404) 326-6798 sales@rpbindustries.com
