No they are not ruffly, that grease. The second from the buttom is the one without grease. The top two doesnt have a schratch on them

I would use the standard barrel, ream the chamber with a 9 x 19 reamer to a depth of 18mm(.708") minus the depht of the breece face, and then use shorthend 9 x 19 brass. compononts are pleantyfull

why dont you make a 9mm x 17, or 9mm x 18 instead. 9mm brass is plenty, and all it takes is a converted lee trimmer, and a drill press

WELL Actually the drawing is intended to be for the mac 11 380 bolt :-) wouldn´t it be a solution to round off the edge on the bolt face with a radius 0.02". That way the bolt wont bite the cartridge when its not fully chambered ( still sloppy )
