80% receiver

I'm getting ready to work on a 80% UZI receiver, has anyone done this before?

If so, how did you align the receiver so everything is perfect before welding the cut trunnion part.

When welding the trunnion, (I am a welder) what is the best way to keep it perfect, using full welds, I need some input please.

Could you provide photos.

Regarding welding the 80% receiver, do you weld the inside also?? I know the bolt has to be smooth, and I can get it right just like the outside.

The easiest way to do it is with a jig.......keeps everything aligned and provides backing for your welds.....makes cleanup on the inside a breeze....

cajuncountry arms makes / sells them.....they are cut to hold the blocking bar in proper orientation as well.
