AK Build Milled reciever question

HI

I asked this above in the AK forum but prob should have been here so will ask here too

Never built one before but someone offered me a MAK-91 National Match Norinco kit..( as far as I can tell )everything but the receiver looks to be in VERY good shape so I was thinking of building one or having it built. Question one would be, do I need all those 922 parts if I use the original thumbhole stock? Question two is where would I find a Milled Receiver to build this up on?
