I actually located a NIB, Arsenal USA SSR-99P - similar to the one Deanh posted a pic of. It's basically a milled Bulgarian receiver with a Polish grenade-launching AK-47 kit built on it. They have been out-of-production for a while, and apparently are a pretty rare variant.

It won't be NIB for long. :D

I know, my camera sucks. :(

Very nice, lucky to find one. NIB even!

Mine was NIB for a couple days atleast.

What kind of buttstock is on that? It looks like one of those Polish laminated ones with the steel pins but I'm not sure.

Yup, that's what it is. I don't really care for it (the stock) and a may even refinish it. All of the wood is very rough.
