I have bought several machine guns from David he is very honest deal with confidence. I have even bought one from him and when I got it I was not satisfied with it and he sent me a full refund.

I bought two MGs from him. The first MG had an issue with the removable stock being way too lose and when I asked him about it he blew me off so I had to buy the parts and fix it my self. Unfortunately, I started on the process for the second MG before the first one was approved and when I got the second one, it would not work at all. So I sent it to his buddy to fix it and he did, but it took six months to get it back.

Other than that, doing paperwork there was no issues and his brother in law that helps him out is decent too.

Problem, but would deal with again.

He has a very good reputation. However, I bought what was an excellent condition Colt SP1 conversion from him. I am told he spends his winters in Florida and his brother in law runs the shop in his absents. I made the deal, filled out the paper work and wrote out the check. Everything went smoothly until the gun arrived at my dealer in the dead of winter. The phone call I was waiting for was not what I expected. My dealer was horrified; the Colt was placed in a box without any packing along with two plastic 30 round mags. The wings around the front and rear sights had worn through the box, ground down a little and bent. I don’t know who would ship a transferable machine gun in a single layered cardboard box without any packing to protect it.

I emailed photos of the box and the damage to the top of the gun. I sent the upper back to him. After several phone calls and nine months I got my upper back. It wasn’t perfect, but I accepted it. He was very apologetic and seemed to be pretty authentic. Like I said he has a very good reputation and over all I got a great gun at a great price. I have no idea what went wrong with the packing and have to imagine it was a onetime brain fart on someone’s part. I would buy from him again regardless of my last experience.

I've bought parts form him at a few shows. Seemed like a good guy, wasn't an arrogant douchebag like some of the other C3 guys.

I have bought from David several times, and recently sold a machinegun to him as well. I have come back to him because he has been honest and upfront in every dealing, and his prices remain competitive (usually significantly better than) other well-known dealers. David stands behind his weapons, and will refund your money if you're not satisfied with your purchase.

In other words, two bad experiences out of a total of two.

Yeah exactly, and both guns totaled 22K! I won't be buying from him again.

YA and me busting your ass that the repair took longer then the transfer probably didn't help.
And all it was was a 20 dollar part.

He got that one back for repair based on principle, it was the second MG that I bought from him...with a problem. He was going to pay to fix it one way or the other.
