No word posted since 3/28....never heard back from Nathan after re e-mailing my contact info on 3/26. But I'll give him a few more weeks to see if I hear back from him.

If not, then all bets are off. I paid him for my adaptor on 11/08. He responded to e-mails from me until June 09.

Well, I sent Nathan a private message, on 03/31/2010, as he requested. In a nutshell I told him that I would still wait a bit for the adapter that I had already paid for, in addition, I told him that I would order and pay for an adapter for a Saiga .223. As you might have already guessed, no response. In another thread a fella was talking about ordering an adapter for a Galil, I posted the offer of my "paid" for adapter, thinking maybe Nathan would just send my adapter to him. He sure won't send it to me. I just paid for mine in mid 09, some guys have been waiting longer than me. My honest belief is Nathan lost track of the people that paid, but continued to take orders and didn't keep track of those orders, had his personal problems and has become overwhelmed with what he needs to do to catch up. The real mystery to me is how some businesses have 25 of these adapters in stock, according to their website. Go figure??? I, for one, give up. I don't think I'll get my adapter and I, seriously, doubt anybody else is going to get their "paid for" adapter. I think this is just the beating of a dead horse. I don't intend to write another word on this subject, the Latin term "Caveat Emptor" has real meaning here.

Well, at least he's responding to inquiries on the Saiga forum. http://forum.saiga-12.com/index.php?showtopic=48518&st=60
As I have said before - I guess that shows where we rate.

But when it comes to giving up - I will never do that. Now it's become an issue of much more than the refund I am due. It's a matter of principle.

He's been smoked out before. If need be - I'll do it again. :evilgrin

Sorry guys. I'm so glad that I decided to refund my money through American Express. As badly as I wanted the MSA Adaptor, there is no way that it is worth what everyone is going through to get it. I got my money back and I'm never giving MSA another chance. Good luck.

I have yours as well as others logged, I was overwhelmed earlier this year trying to put a plan in action.... I do understand the frustration everone here is having. I have been busting ass very hard to get this over the top and as you can see, pictures were of my trip this past week. There are things going on and you as well as others will finally have what was promised.

So Rev you ever get that refund.... hadn't heard anything nor have you posted you did.....

And yes, I have been away from both forums for a bit..... working on getting everyones adapter. So where you rank on the "List" is irrelevant. Just know I am working and have not vanished.... LOL .

I guess I didn't realize I was expected to publicly acknowledge it - my bad.

Yes, I did receive the refund.

I see you making attempts to make it all "right" with your buyers, but I have heard nothing to indicate that you plan to make it right with your suppliers.Remember your suppliers? The one's without whom none of your products would ever have been possible to begin with?

Just an email or some indication of your intentions would be nice.

So Nathan got behind in building adapters, behind in shipping, and behind in answering irate emails. Remember that you can catch more flies with sugar than with salt. Looks to me like he is doing catch up now.

As I said before, I ordered and got mine, it fits, it works, and I am pleased at
the looks, quality, etc. My receiver is not an ORF, one of those milled ones so I guess Galil/Golani wise I am lucky. So, give MSA a chance to get it all ironed out and it is likely he will persevere...

So if you haven't been taken care of then who is making all the adapters?

He had two different shops making parts for this assy. I'm guessing he had a surplus of the parts I made and just needed more housings to make up the difference. After that I'll either hear from him or he'll go find another supplier.

Just a little comunication is all that any of us here have ever asked for. I don't think anyone wishes him ill fate, but he deffinately needs to let people on both sides of the coin know what's going on. It seems that has been his sole problem throughout this whole ordeal. Lack of communication with his business affiliates. Buyers and suppliers. People just want to know what's going on and then make the decision to be understanding and patient or not.
Without any communication about what's going on, well..., then no one will be understanding.

Has anyone started getting their stuff yet? I ordered Sunday night and then discovered this thread. The company website was acing up and I sent an e-mail late Sunday and to my surprise Nathan replied shortly thereafter and walked me through an alternate way to make my order. I thought that it was some incredible customer service and then I saw this thread. I hope he's gotten his affairs in order and his business on track. It seems like a fantastic product that really fills a need.
