So is there anybody here who ordered a gun from Auto Mag Limited and never received the gun, or received a gun between December 2023 and May 2024, or anybody on the waiting list to order an Auto Mag, or anyone who had a gun at Auto Mag to be repaired. Any information that you can give me would be greatly appreciated. You can pee on me or you can email me at MGNGUY 6462@gmail.com

No but I wanted to when they were adverising they were back.
Thankfully I have a short attention span and forgot about it.

Are you one of the ones that paid and then got noting in return?

I didn't like the fact that it was a 2500 deposit and poof just like that I forgot about them and bought something else that went bang.

I'm not one to put deposits on vaporware, not even the Lima6 I want.
Once they are on the site for sale and shipping I'm in.
I can list 1/2 dozen vaporware items just in the gun industry alone from memory since the mid 90's.

Found this for you.
Anywho hope the gunload/castboolits site pans out for you

And this link from the above link.

But it's dead Jim.
Also the thread is from 2017 ( time flys when you're having fun, fruit flies like bananas ) but I'd log in or create a account and see if any of those users know anymore then what I posted.

Creditors filed an involuntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition back in February 2025. It looks like they had issues serving the summons on Auto Mag ltd, so my guess is they have vanished.

Yes, I’m one of the creditors in that. The lawyer on it it’s been trying to get the managers to get information from them on predators, etc. and they’re not coughing it up. That’s why we’re trying to collect as much information on other creditors.

So if you are trying to claw back loot from them what happend to all the machines they had proudly displayed on their web site for production & turning out the automags they were making?

The machines should fetch a buck or two at auction.

Have you contacted anyone who got theirs?
I know a few guys did just from them posting it on forums.

As I understand it chapter 7 means everything goes to auction and gets sold. The bankers and lawyers get first shot at the money I believe, and then it's down to the people that already prepaid for a gun. They will likely see only a fraction of their money repaid if any.

That's what I'm asking about Slim.
Did they just disappear under the cover of darkness or what?
All machines are numbered from the factory.
They can be tracked down if you know how and what.

Maybe the wayback machine has the old automag site cataloged.
Get a look at who made the machines and contact them.
I had a Leblonde lathe that Leblond traced back to every person that ever owned it and bought a part right until it was made in 1939 and siezed by the US goverment from a factory in 1940 due to the owner being a Nazi sympathizer.
Any biz that sells machines still in biz keeps detailed records for theft, warranty, and repairs.
I found it pretty cool that my lathe got siezed for money getting sent back to Germany to support those asshats.
Oh and Kodak owned it before me out of Bingham NY.

Idea I'm getting from OP is they took off and no money has been recovered yet.
Am I wrong trigger?
I find the whole thing interesting & sad.
I HATE theives.

What I’m talking about is AutoMag Limited in Lourdes, South Carolina. The Auto Mag was brought up and started all over again, they re-engineered it to make it more reliable. The company got started. They made a bunch of guns. Guns have been shipped. What has happened is there is in fighting between Patrick Henry the one who restarted it, and investors which did a hostile takeover. Caused a bunch of in fighting and production stopped.

At this point in time, a lawsuit has been brought to bankrupt Auto Mag. That’s where things stand right now. There’s more information I could give out, but I don’t think it’s pertinent at this point. I don’t know if it’s something I can actually say right now. What we’re trying to do is gather information on people who ordered guns and they never got delivered, or any guns that were received between December 2023 and May 2024. That’s what this post is about.

Thanks.
I knew it was the new automag company.
And you cleared up enough for me.

Sounds like the investors need to get to making guns since they though a hostile take over was a bright idea.
That or start refunding loot.

Piss off the guy with the idea and know how and force him out.
Then expect it to turn out all unicorns & glitter.
That is funny right there.

Yeah, not really. Basically what happened with these managers that got put in charge well prior to all this hostile takeover they took over $1 million from the company and they were going to move the manufacturing. I believe it was up to Connecticut. After taking the money to make the move two years later, they hadn’t even built one gun. So Patrick started producing guns again and they didn’t like that.

Patrick owns 49% of the company and then with his relatives own up to 68% of the company. These investors that came in they demanded three seats on the five seat board. Patrick gave them that big mistake. So this is what’s caused all the problems the million dollars is gone. The managers were supposed to pay subcontractors the rent lawyers fees. They didn’t do any of that. So they have been evicted from Lourdes. And they had to take whatever finished guns finish frames, gun parts, and all the records out of there the managers were supposed to do that. Unfortunately, they didn’t even involve an FFL when taking stuff out of Lourdes like for the guns in the frames so they kind of have themselves in a pickle right now because what they did was illegal. Everything should’ve been signed out and none of it was. And they also grabbed a customer’s gun.
As I understand it chapter 7 means everything goes to auction and gets sold. The bankers and lawyers get first shot at the money I believe, and then it's down to the people that already prepaid for a gun. They will likely see only a fraction of their money repaid if any.
Well, for right now, it’s not going into bankruptcy quite yet. So the managers Auto Mag are putting up a proposal in the proposal is supposed to be that they’re gonna have the guns either finished and delivered or people are gonna get their money back before they can even think about selling the intellectual property. So that’s what’s going on right now.
