Anyone know how to make a max 11/15 upper work with CMMG radial delay?

Anyone know how to make a max 11/15 upper work with CMMG radial delay? I've got a max 11/15 that i put a banshee bcg on with a BRT barrel and B&T SD can on going for an SD setup. I saw a video of someone using the banshee bcg on the lage upper so i know its possible but i haven't been able to get mine to work. Here's the video

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The video is not showing but you have to move the sear plate and sear plate clamp to the CMMG bcg. And a radial delay barrel of course.

What about the firing pin. Is it just a longer one that when the bolt locks and the carrier moves forward, it’s so long it protrudes?

I used the standard CMMG firing pin when I did it and it worked fine.
