I'm considering purchasing a few to shoot some .22LR and having some fun with a Vector Arms Uzi.
Are they fairly durable?

Thanks for any info on them

I’m not sure about their Gen III mags but I’ve had some of their older Uzi mags and in my opinion, I they’re trash. Especially, with @subgun24 ‘s mags being on the market. His mags are 40 rounders, have a Steel ejector and work with a lightnin grip adapter too.

Here’s his 22LR Slo-Fire kit with his mags. I think I ran 4 or 5 mags in this video (ZERO malfunctions too):

OP,

I've tried the BDM magazines a few times over the years. If they are down loaded and handled with care some enjoyment can come from using the BDM mags. In the end mine were all sold, exploded, or split. In my experience, the subgun.store magazines are the best at the moment.

Enjoy,

I am so jealous of people who have functioning 22 kits

Three tries, three failures. I'm a stubborn guy but I give up.
I've never let any machine or part thereof whip my ass.

If an Uzi .22 kit won't function, there is a reason or reasons.

Find the reason/s and make the correction.

I used to have your attitude. I bought a top of the line 22 kit for my colt m16 and all the upgrades. Effed with it for a year.

Whatever is the skill set needed to make 22 kits run full auto, I do not have. End of story. Three zeroes out of 3. No more.

Did you try a dedicated barrel and matching CMMG detent collar?

The Atchison chamber insert generates bolt bounce and failures; the CMMG collared bolt and matching barrel cured my problems.
