Was at the gunshow today in ft. lauderdale. Talked to a guy who claimed that "his friend" had his mg's confiscated by ATF because they were owned by his corporation. A corporation which was formed solely for the purpose of bypassing the cleo signoff. He said that his friend had the corporation for 3-4 years now and kept his paperwork up to date with the state. He indicated that his friend did not have an FFL or Class 3 SOT. The story sounded like it was missing something, and I asked around to several local guys who have their Class 3 SOT and know there stuff, they all said that this story couldn't be true. I'm writing this wondering if anyone out there has heard of this happening, or what the deal is ?
Thanks,
Mike

Sounds like BS right now but could very well happen in the future. I figure it is simply a matter of time before the weapons in the NFA registry are confiscated. Probably won't be a "kick in your door" type confiscation, just that no new transfers will be permitted & existing weapons will have to be surrendered when the holder leaves the state or dies.

I was at this wedding and the groom told us to pull an envelope out from under the chair. It was a picture of the bride with the best man. Were any of you guys at that wedding.
