auto sear in semi auto uzi legal?

Can a auto lower receiver be used on semi auto UC-9 upper legally or does it need the auto block and semi auto sear?

Has to have the blocking bar installed (permanently welded) in the receiver and yes semi auto sear, sear is less of a problem than absence of a blocking bar but I wouldn't even fool around with it.

The contact surface of a semi auto sear.......that holds back the striker, has slightly different geometry than an unmodified F/A sear ....... you'll want to either purchase one, or have your F/A sear modified by someone that knows what they are doing ...... in addition to the selector limiting stop that needs to be welded into the grip assy.
