I wont lie, I was a little bummed when I didnt see any art on the outside of the box I just recieved from LAGE. But when I opened the box that contained my new MAX-31k upper in it, look what I found enclosed in with the instructions:

Me too, I just received my 31 also on Friday
And I was also bummed when the box was blank.
Mine was inside and sealed in plastic also.
I requested that the piece would have something to do with Covid.

You gotta ask for it when you order. Even then, no guarantee you will get it. One of the guys that works there, his name is Zane, does the art if he has the time.
