Does anyone know what is included with this, specifically do you use your existing handguards or does the rail include a new modified handguard? Also how does the rail attach to the handguard? Thanks.

The rail requires a modified handguard and they shipped with the handguards. There's a mounting plate that sits inside the handguard. Slots cut in the handguard allow the rail to be screwed into the mounting plate.
