Hi everyone. I'm looking at possibly getting a .22 kit for my M11/9 and wondering what has been working well for everyone? I've heard some good and some bad so wondering if it's even worth it to get one? What's this group's consensus? Thanks for any input...

Dare I suggest:

M-11/22 kit

But maybe you should get a max-11/9 mk2 and a max-11/22 kit mk2

Threads/posts available showing pictures where USMG.com mods a stand-alone upper for the Lage kit.

You send your kit, he supplies the upper and sexy-time happens.

Call 'em. Easiest way to the best set up out there.

I have a M11/22 and Max-11/22 (old style).

Like them both, but they have a different personality. A lot of it depends on what stock you will be running, and what C/F upper most. The sight height is quite different for the OEM style upper and the Lage offerings.

My M11/22 kit is in a dedicated upper, threaded liner as mentioned in above post. It runs great even with CCI SV. I think locking the barrel liner in place makes it more reliable. It just chugs along nice & quiet with CCI SV. Put Stingers in it and the ROF seems to double (as does the noise).

I like my Lage M11/22 kit in a dedicated side-cocking upper, but I've got a flemming kit as well.

My flemming kit isn't as bad as a lot of others, but since getting the Lage tuned, the flemming kit acts as a kind of ugly paperweight.

I've got an old Flemming M10/22 kit that runs flawlessy like a buzz-saw. But it took a LOT of work to make it run like that. Most people are not willing to do what it takes to make a Flemming kit run well.
I would think that it would be more practical for most people today to go with the Lage kit.

But I bought mine that way. Already tuned that is.

Other then that you are asking for a headache.
