Paintman.... I appreciate the outlook you have shared on this particular situation. Having been in customer service nearly my whole career I can say that I encounter people frequently that have no clue how to resolve a dispute civilly. Factor in today's entitlement mentality along with a total lack of patience and you get exactly what we saw above. Op mishandled the situation from sq 1 and then decided to take his ball and go home when told he was the problem and not Robert. I share your willingness to be helpful but have a reasonable cut your shit meter as well. Mayday.
