I got to meet Tom yesterday at my gun club. He was there demo'ing his suppressors. It was part of a larger event and he was one of the sponsors. He had several subguns and other title 1 guns as hosts for people to try. He showed me the 3 lug adaptor. it was locked on a MP5 and it was locked on solidly. I need to call them on Monday to order one. Seemed like a standup guy.

Figured I would just post in the thread on the adapter, but those of you with the adapter, does the can sound any louder with the adapter?
Only reason I ask is that it looks like a pretty substantial adapter taking up volume in the can.

I haven't really noticed any difference in sound.
There's a ton of volume already, the adapter probably doesn't cut the volume down enough to have noticeably adverse effects on suppression.
Obviously there is a reduction in volume and a change in blast chamber geometry....whether it nets less, more, or equal, it's hard to say.
Perhaps one could observe the small changes in sound reduction with a meter, or audibly with a bolt action 9mm, but my ears can't discriminate that accurately with a subgun.
