I have to reharden the rear of the bolts......Case harden them possibly. The hard surfacing trick didn't work. The repeated force of the .45 going off was chipping the edges of the hard surfacing off, jamming the action and upsetting the headspacing. Right now I have a lot of irons in the fire so it's on the backburner for a while.
