I recently purchased 15 brand new Galil 223 mags from CDNN Investments. To my surprise, they are Bulgarian made. At $40/pop, are these good to go? Or are they junk compared to Israeli made ones? They come presealed, and are covered in light oil.

Should be absolutely "good-to-go." Have not read about anything Bulgarian made (regarding firearms) that is below par. Within the AK mag world, all Bulgarian made magazines are top-notch!

Perhaps not surprising, but I see where one vendor is asking $65 each for those
Bulgarian-made puppies.

No marking at all on these mags, which has me scratching me head a bit.

The follower design looks like it was taken from the old m16 USGI mags.
Is it plastic or steel? Do the mags accept 30 or 35 rounds?

Being Bulgarian, it's a pretty safe bet that these mags will
Function flawlessly.

I love both polymer and steel Bulgarian AK mags, I've never heard of them making junk.

I've had some junk Bulgarian AK mags that were made of clear plastic. I thought the Bulgarians recently started producing non-milspec mags for commercial use. I'm be a little leery of these mags until we heard some positive reviews.

CDNN list these for $69.99 on their current listing. Assholes are price couging.

AK Parts used to have .308 mags but I can't pull them up. Does anyone have info
on Thaanks. them?

Thanks for the info. They don't show having any now. I imagine they are all gone. I got several a while back and they were new in the wrapper.

Any reports on how these Bulgarian Galil mags function? Anyone know any more about them or who is turning them out?

Ordered from CDNN 2 NEW steel 35rnd mags and one combo 35 steel and 30rnd Tapco. All three steel mags were new Bulgarian tagged plastic bags stamped IWI. Same price 29.99 . Should have ordered three of the combo deal and would have got two more free Tapco mags. Received them today.
