Has anybody else had ordering problems with DandD? Order 1 thing, get another? I seem to have a problem with getting the 8mm rear lug and pin.
I tell them I want an 8mm lug and pin, and they send me 9mm. Then when they are supposed to send a replacement, they dick around for a few weeks before sending it. they send it, along with a addressed padded envelope for return of the wrong parts, but don't put postage on it, So I have to pay $3-4 bucks to return the wrong parts that they sent me. Now multiply this times 3. I'v had this problem 3 times now in the last 4 months. The last time, this last week, they sent the replacement lug without the pin, so I'm waiting again for a couple more weeks for a part. Man, if I wasn't already bald, I'd be pulling out my hair in complete and utter frustration!:chainsaw

I have never had a problem with them and they have always been very helpful. I have placed multiple orders.

"DandD sales" or dndguns.com out of West Virginia, DnDguns from WV, purchased a few items, stamped and no stamp, had no problem.

d and d is a great bunch of folks but get me strait im not a d and d fanboy.ive got vids up on my youtube ripping them and mosat definatly rtg parts---WATCH THEM under my name to see and hear the issues ive had.now on a happy note d and d have been great on keeping me on a waiting list for semi 9mm bolts as ive been waiting a year for that final part---including a buffer.but the older lady they got to answer the phones is really nice and has been a pleasure to chat with as has the owner---dan i guess.hes very helpful .but they royally fucked up my semi us. stamped lower and the fact they cant get a decent semi 9 bolt produced in 11 months concerns me to no end.overall i would still buy from rtg but with extreme prejudice and d and d still will have my business IF um still one of the first on the waiting list for bolts .rtg has the cheapest parts kits so they are still my option.hell im even thinking on 1 of those new mccay receivers for a second build.any way i know its a old post but when u have a owner that will talk with ya thats always a good deal----still pissed about my lower grip though .

only minor parts mix up here. Dan and Tammy have always been wonderful to work with.
